This product is a water-based calcium stearate dispersion, produced through a proprietary manufacturing method. It functions as an efficient anti-adhesion agent, mold release agent, separator, and sticking inhibitor, making it ideal for rubber and plastic applications.
The emulsion forms a uniform, slippery coating on the surface of rubber particles, creating a lubricating barrier that prevents direct particle contact and adhesion. Due to its lamellar crystal structure, the product facilitates interlayer sliding, providing internal lubrication. The specialized production process ensures spherical particle uniformity, further minimizing friction and optimizing lubricity. These properties enhance the workability of rubber particles in downstream processing. Moreover, the product contributes to improved anti-aging performance in finished products.
